JNF Canada is creating a Torah to be given to Kibbutz Kissufim a community affected by the attacks of October 7th. Meticulously crafted by a skilled Scribe, each of the 304,805 letters is a symbol of healing and the journey towards recovery. 

Our commitment goes beyond creating a Torah scroll; it is a testament to the sacred symbol of unity. This initiative not only pays homage to the victims but also provides a meaningful opportunity for the Scribe. Crafting this Torah is a labor of love, with 304,805 letters carefully inscribed by hand on calfskin or parchment using a quill. Taking over 2,000 hours to complete, this arduous process mirrors the collective journey of a community recovering from tragedy. Each stroke of the quill becomes a testament to the enduring spirit of those we've lost.
